  • Bespoke Sequences: I create classes tailored specifically to you. Every session is designed to give you exactly what you need in that moment, making sure we are always moving toward your individual goals.

  • Ongoing Support: Life changes, and so do your needs. I don’t believe in a "one size fits all" approach, so I adapt every session based on YOU. Some weeks you might need deep rest; others you might want to move. As you grow and evolve, your practice will too.

  • Living Yoga: Our work doesn't end on the mat. I provide guidance on how to take these tools into your daily life, helping you stay steady and present long after our session is over.
