Whether you are looking to start yoga for the first time, deepen your existing practice, regulate your nervous system, build strength after injury, or relax and unwind, working with me 1-1 is a powerful and sustainable way to get the support and guidance you truly need.

I tailor classes uniquely for YOU depending on your health, goals, and needs. Which is impossible to get in a group class.

A private class could consist of any or all of the following - physical postures, adjustments and assists, breath-work, meditation, deep relaxation, mobility, building strength, postural support and so much more.

Nurture your own personal needs through a private yoga class, it is truly a powerful, life changing practice.

Join me in my East London studio for a tailored practice designed to meet you where you are on your journey and honor your needs.

Therapeutic 1:1

A deeply restorative and supported 1:1 practice designed to take you out of the heighten state of doing, and into being. Combining gentle movement, somatic enquiry, grounding breath-work all aimed to soothe the nervous system and ground you in the present. With nurturing hands-on support and spacious guidance, this session invites you to pause from the pace of everyday life, to rest and reconnect with yourself.

Full Practice 1:1

A private, full-length class designed to give you personal attention and guidance through every part of the practice. This session mirrors the flow of a group class - weaving together vinyasa, breathwork, meditation, and savasana, but is entirely tailored to you. Whether you’re new to yoga, rebuilding confidence, or looking to refine and deepen your practice, this 1:1 offers space to move, breathe, and grow with focused support and hands-on assists.

Deep Dive 1:1

Deep dive 1:1 is for those who want to go deeper on something specific, whether thats a specific posture you are working towards, you would like a longer dedicated breath-work and meditation class, or you would like to discuss philosophy.

We don’t always have the time to break things down in group classes or get the support that we need individually, so this deep dive will be tailored to your specific needs.

Between 60-90 mins

  • I suggest booking a minimum of 5 sessions to gain the benefits of the practice and the 1:1 time.

    1 class is a treat and can sure help, but committing to yourself for a longer period of time to reach your goals and allow yourself to integrate is what creates space for true transformation.

    5 class Pack - £400

    10 class pack - £375

    1-off class is £85.
