Practice with me in-person at my studio in East London where I hold weekly classes and special, themed monthly workshops, all created with intention and joy.

My approach to teaching is rooted in curiosity, honesty, and heart, weaving together various modalities whilst honoring tradition. You’ll experience moments of challenge, softness, stillness, and flow through the combination of vinyasa, mantra, somatics, breathwork, functional mobility, yin, myofascial release, and deep rest , all ultimately creating space for you to come home to yourself.

My classes, retreats, and workshops are for everyone - every part of you is welcome: the messy, the joyful, the uncertain, the beautifully human. There’s no need to perform, prove, or meet anyone else’s expectations here. Every body, every feeling, every experience is valid.

My hope is that you leave feeling safe, supported, and seen, and that you rediscover the joy of movement, the power of breath, and the freedom to be fully present and open to life,                just as it is.

UNRAVEL & REST

This workshop is aimed to do what it says on the tin, through the powerful support of Embodied Yin & Myofascial release.

Let’s gather for a 90-minute practice of nourishing movement, somatics, yin, and myofascial release - a chance to shake, soothe, and gently ground into the season of Winter. We’ll close in circle with tea, snacks, journaling, and sweet conversation - a seasonal ritual for a soft landing into Winter.
